The E911 New Physical Address Request Form is essential for establishing a precise physical address that emergency services will use to locate you quickly in case of an emergency. E911 Addressing assigns a unique address to homes, businesses, and other locations, ensuring accurate mapping within emergency response systems. What is the difference between a E911 address and a mailing address?  Unless you have a post office box, then nothing.  Your E911 address and your mailing address should be the same address.  Even if you do not receive mail at your home (such as a seasonal home), it’s still important to know your E911 address.
